I have developed a solid and successful relationship with this client over two years - delivering 10+ projects which span from creating eLearning modules to managing updates to the learning management system (LMS). My role as senior producer and account manager for this client enabled a close working relationship. This role spanned from scoping and quoting new work to guiding the production team during design and build, to review and testing phases.
My team of developers and I worked closely with the client to create training materials which would ensure the staff would understand the policies and safety procedures when on site.
