Project description
The vision of the Advocacy Training and Development Program, or ATDP for short, is to train and develop selected practitioners to provide high quality advocacy services to current and former Australian Defence Force members and their dependents. These 15 modules covered the skills and support information needed by DVA staff, with a particular emphasis on the 1 on 1 communication with veterans.
As the project manager for this I drove the project from the scoping phase to completion, managing the team of Learning Designers, Graphic designers and developers to create HTML modules targeted towards common scenarios and the points of highest risk. In addition to the modules, we scripted and filmed a scenario interview between a Veteran and a Welfare Officer to highlight key behaviours.
